When an authorized user connects QuickBooks Online, our internal application may access business information available through the QuickBooks Online API, including company information, accounts, customers, vendors, transactions, invoices, bills, payments, and financial reports, as necessary for bookkeeping, accounting, reconciliation, and related administrative purposes.

We use this information solely for legitimate internal business purposes, including reviewing financial records, identifying bookkeeping discrepancies, assisting with reconciliation, preparing financial analysis, and maintaining accurate business records.
Third-Party Services
Our application may interact with third-party service providers necessary to provide these functions, including Intuit QuickBooks Online and authorized artificial-intelligence or technology service providers used for internal business operations. Information is handled subject to the applicable terms and privacy practices of those providers.
Data Sharing and Sale
We do not sell QuickBooks data or personal information. We do not use QuickBooks data for advertising or marketing purposes. Information is disclosed only as necessary to operate our business, comply with legal obligations, or use authorized service providers.
Data Security and Retention
We take reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. Information is retained only as reasonably necessary for legitimate business, accounting, legal, and operational purposes.
Access and Revocation
Authorized users may revoke our application’s access to QuickBooks Online through their Intuit account or by contacting us. Upon revocation, the application will no longer have ongoing access through that authorization.
