End-User License Agreement (EULA)

Effective Date: September 8, 2026

This End-User License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the use of the internal software application operated by Southern Utah Sports Academy (“SUSA,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) that connects with QuickBooks Online and related business technology services.

1. Purpose

The application is intended for authorized internal business use, including bookkeeping, accounting assistance, financial analysis, reconciliation support, transaction review, and related administrative activities.

2. Authorized Use

Use of the application is limited to Southern Utah Sports Academy and individuals authorized by Southern Utah Sports Academy. Users must have appropriate authorization to access any QuickBooks Online company or financial information connected to the application.

3. QuickBooks Online Integration

The application may connect to QuickBooks Online through Intuit’s authorized APIs. Access to QuickBooks information is subject to the permissions granted by the authorized QuickBooks user and to applicable Intuit terms and policies.

4. Acceptable Use

Users may not use the application for unlawful purposes, attempt to gain unauthorized access to financial information, interfere with the operation or security of the application, or provide access to unauthorized persons.

5. Third-Party Services

The application may rely on third-party services, including Intuit QuickBooks Online and authorized technology or artificial-intelligence service providers. Those services are governed by their respective terms and policies.

6. Financial Information

The application may assist with reviewing and analyzing financial information, but users remain responsible for reviewing and approving financial records, accounting decisions, and changes made to their QuickBooks Online company.

7. Disclaimer

The application is provided for internal administrative and business purposes. To the extent permitted by law, Southern Utah Sports Academy makes no warranties regarding uninterrupted availability or error-free operation of third-party services.

8. Termination

Access may be suspended or terminated at any time. QuickBooks Online authorization may also be revoked through the applicable Intuit account.

9. Changes to This Agreement

We may update this Agreement as our internal systems, legal requirements, or business practices change. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
